Be a Huddle Leader for FCA Camp in 2008!
Are you a college athlete looking for a rewarding ministry opportunity this summer? Then be a Huddle Leader at FCA Camp this summer, June 28th-July 5th at UC Santa Barbara! Here are some important defintions:

Huddle - A group of 6-8 high school or junior high athletes from a particular sport. They spend the week of FCA Camp together in Clinics, small group time, and hanging out.

Leader - Someone who goes before a group, providing direction, instruction and guidance.

Huddle Leader - Someone who leads a Huddle at FCA Camp! Usually a college athlete or recent college graduate. Someone who desires to be used by God in the life of high school or junior high athletes in a powerful way!

Now that we have that cleared up ... we are looking for 100 Huddle Leaders for 2008! Here are the steps you need to do:
1. If you have been a Huddle Leader in the past or have already filled out a Ministry Leader Application form, you just need to fill out a Huddle Leader Applicaton. If this is your first time as a Huddle Leader, you need to fill out a Ministry Leader Application and a Huddle Leader Application. Be sure to select Camp Ministry, and select the Santa Barbara Camp in the appropriate fields! Both forms can be found at our Be a Huddle Leader site.
2. Once we have received your forms, you will be contacted by an FCA Staff member.
3. If you accept our offer to be a Huddle Leader, you will then receive a confirmation packet.
4. This year we are asking ALL Huddle Leaders to send a minimum of ten letters to family and friends to form a "support team" ... a group of people who will both pray for you and financially support your short term missions opportunity with FCA.

Build Your Support Team
Each Huddle Leader is asked to send 10 "Support Team" letters to friends, family, and churches inviting them to join your Support Team to send you to FCA Camp! Your goal is to raise $1000, which includes a $500 scholarship for a Camper you get to hand pick!
